SolarX flow meters are widely used in hydraulic systems such as domestic hot water systems, heating systems, solar collector-based systems, etc. They are most widely used in solar systems, since SolarX flow meters measure the flow of both water and glycol-based heat-transfer fluids and have a wide operating temperature range with an upper limit of 160 degrees.

This flow meter is designed for hydraulic balancing and flow control in heating/cooling systems, air conditioning systems, solar and geothermal systems. The SolarX flow meter allows fast hydraulic balancing of the system or system components without diagrams, tables or measuring tools. It is also suitable for heating and cooling water and water mixtures with standard corrosion protection and antifreeze.

This device is a compact flow meter with a scale and a ball valve for control and adjustment. The flow meter can be installed on pipes in a horizontal, inclined or vertical position. Flow adjustment is performed with a screwdriver by turning the adjustment screw. The reading mark corresponds to the lower edge of the rotameter / float. Properly hydraulically balanced systems ensure optimal energy distribution and economical operation of the system as a whole.
